    85 yr old Mother in law in Kansas was told by agent must pay to over night to have product sent over night and rcd by Fri but for sure Sat 29th. No problem due to thur being thanksgiving... Per agent on phone we completed order on Nov 26, per agent THEN said will not go out because it was 12:04 and needed to be in by 12 !!! OK.... but will got out for sat Delivery. Sat comes no order !!!???? Now Mon 1st im back in Dallas, i call and now its , well sat is not a business day, i was misinformed ??????? IM S.O.L. More...
